Fund is managed by Groundwork UK with guidance from an independently controlled
Reference Group. The Group has members representing:

· plus 2 independent members, one of whom chairs the group
Janet Legrand
is a solicitor and partner in Dibb Lupton Alsop’s City office.
She has acted as solicitor to the Western Riverside Waste Authority
since its creation and is delighted to chair the Reference Group of
the Western Riverside Environmental Fund.
Colin
James
is the General Manager of the Western Riverside Waste Authority and
has over 25 years experience in the waste management industry. He is
enthusiastic about the potential of the fund and the improvements it
can bring to the environment.
Kate Coss
is head of Nature Reserves for London Wildlife trust. Her role includes overseeing the management and development’ of a London wide network of nature reserves for people and wildlife,
and has recently undertaken work for the Waste Strategy Division of DEFRA.
Hannah Duckworth
is Contracts Manager at Groundwork Regional Office for London. Hannah has worked for Groundwork for over four years during which time has gained experience in a variety of environmental improvement programmes and associated policy areas. She currently has responsibility for the management of all Groundwork London's regional programmes.

from the Landfill Operators who contribute to the fund and from your
Local Authority.
